Founded in 2007, The Oakley Pedalers offers weekly club rides with a friendly club culture and ethos. We are a social crowd of mixed ability road cyclists that enjoy riding in a group, and equally enjoy the various great coffee stops en-route.

Nowadays we boast a membership of around 80 and the club rides regularly each weekend from the heart of Oakley village, opposite Jolly Ollies Café.

We are passionate about providing a cycling environment suitable for all non-competitive cyclists and provide an opportunity for all members of the community to be able to experience the simple pleasure of cycling within a safe, informal cycling group.

We have found that most people who ride with the Oakley Pedalers do so because they enjoy the club ethos which is, to be a friendly, supportive, and welcoming group who promote everything good there is about cycling.  For many of us “Cycling is Life”.

The Oakley Pedalers supports and encourages each other to help develop group cycling skills and overall bike fitness.

So, if you have been looking for a reason to get the bike back out of the garage, pump up the tyres and get some fresh air and exercise, then we warmly welcome and invite you to come along and give the Oakley Pedalers a go!

We look forward to seeing you at the school lay-by on Oakley Lane, Oakley, Basingstoke, RG23 7JY

Oakley Pedalers are affiliated to British Cycling.
